Job Description:

Larkin Hoffman is seeking to add an experienced Labor and Employment Law Attorney to join our Labor and Employment Law Team. This successful candidate will work closely with our current employment and labor law attorneys to support numerous clients with labor and employment matters. The successful candidate will possess 10+ years' of prior experience in labor and substantial experience in employment law and be admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota. This position will represent clients in labor union matters including union representation petitions, NLRB unfair labor practice charges, arbitrations, and negotiating and interpreting collective bargaining agreements The position will also work with a large range of matters including ADA, OSHA, FMLA, regulatory compliance, discrimination, sexual harassment, discipline, terminations, employee handbooks, and disability and leave management.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited United State law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
  • Preferred candidates will possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience in labor and/or employment law.
